Chaz and Dylan, owners of First Response Solar, began working in the solar industry in 2009. Their focus has been providing the highest quality installations in Sonoma County and having superior communication and customer service throughout the lifecycle of the solar/storage systems. We treat every installation as if it were our own home and go above and beyond to do what’s right to make sure our customers are happy and taken care of. Over the years, we have lived by the motto, "if we take care of our customers then our customers will take care of us". By doing this, our existing customers now refers 90% of our new business which is the greatest honor we can ask for. 

 

As active owners, we are involved in every aspect of a customer’s project from the initial site visit to long term support.  First Response Solar offers turnkey installations from system design, obtaining the permit, installation, inspections, interconnecting the system to the utility and supporting the system through its useful life. 

 

First Response Solar holds both a C-10 (electrical contractors license) and a C-46 (solar contractor’s license) allowing us to better serve our customers. One of many ways we do this is by not needing to subcontract our electrical work like meter panel upgrades, adding EV car chargers etc.
